D1. A teacher that has impacted my life

A teacher who has impacted my life would have to be Mr. Edward. I have him for advisement, and last year I had him for English 10 along with Creative writing. Ben Hoy was in my creative writing class. He is very creative. Back to Mr. Edward. He always could offer advice on any problem I was having. I also had him for 2 years so far, and all of the year this year. He is cool, but if you get him angry.. He will be really angry. If you take anything from this do not make Mr. Edward angry. Under no circumstances is it okay to make him angry. He turns into the Hulk and will knock you out with his words. Other than that he is really cool. If you have him for any classes you would understand. He is an easy going guy. He gets all the work done without causing too much stress. If I recall correctly he doesn't give too much homework. He can be tough on his grading but that's only so you can be prepared for the final exam at the end of the year. You don't want to get on his poop list. I could have something else but this has to be school appropriate. So no potty mouth. That is a very fun word. Potty. The one word I cannot stand in the English language is moist. I hate that word. I don't hate many things, but moist is one of the only things I hate. It's so horrible. If I could knock out the person who invented that word I would. That person in horrible and deserves to be chained to tree and hit with a moist towel. That word just really bothers me. Mr. Edward is a great guy and an even better teacher. If you are going into 10th grade try and get Mr. Edward.

C4. choice 2

For my second choice blog I am going to talk about this class. The class is called Online Publishing. If you couldn't figure it out we use computers online and publish stuff. We write a newspaper call the Alden Bulldog. Alden's well known for our football team. That is always the big talk in Alden. The Bulldog group is an odd group of people. We all get along like a messed up family. If families had like 20 some people that would be our family. We all joke around and just have fun. But we also get our work done. In the words of our teacher “Get it done!” so we always get it done. The work is good, and we also can work well along with each other. At some times it can get a little crazy but we all still get our work done. I believe someone once said “If you are having fun at your job then it isn’t work.” That’s what we have, we have fun, crazy conversations and there are never any problems to go along with our class discussions. We discuss about all the upcoming events and our deadlines. Deadlines are one of the most important things to do with this class. If you miss a deadline then you don’t have your work done on time. If that happens then that isn’t good. We recently got seating changes. I moved to the right one seat. I lost my good friends Austin and Austin. They are now on opposite sides of the room. I miss them very much. I don’t know if I can work as good anymore. On the plus side I have Ben next to me. Ben is a very intelligent child. He has his own tab on the Bulldog, our great newspaper.

C3. choice

For my first choice blog this week I am going to talk about the change in the weather. I prefer this weather over all the other weather options there are. Fall season is so much better than any other season there is. It's never too hot or too cold. The weather is high 60's low 70's. If that isn't the definition of "perfect weather" I don't know what would be. You can wear a pair of jeans with a tee shirt and stay comfortable. You will stay comfortable as long as you are doing some kind of activities and are staying active working up a sweat. A few examples are playing a game of football, jogging, skateboarding, playing with your little cousins outside, and there are many others but those are some good ones. If you don’t have little cousins then play outside play with your little brother or sister. If you don’t have a little brother or sister, then go out and get a job babysitting. You can never go wrong with a babysitting job because little kids are pretty cool. They also help you stay in shape. Playing outside is probably the best thing you can do. Outside is the coolest thing there is. You never can go outside and not have fun. The only way is if it’s raining. When it rains there is nothing to do. If you want to skate it ruins those plans because it can ruin your grip tape and bearings. Without bearings you can’t ride your board. When your grip tape is ruined you don’t have any board control and you can’t do any tricks. It’s over looked but grip tape has to be one of the most important things. You can’t skate without gripe tape which in turn makes it the most important thing not including the board itself.

C2. Favorite restaurant

My favorite restaurant in Alden New York 14004 has got to be GDI Countryside Inn. The food there is pretty good. My favorite thing about the whole place is that they serve Red Bull as a beverage. There is nothing better than a nice can of Red Bull to go with a good dinner. My favorite dinner I can get from there has got to be BBQ ribs. They are so good they come off the bone easily and the meat isn't tough, and the sauce is really good. I like to get a nice bowl of New England clam chowder to start off my meal. For an appetizer I like to get some potato pierogies. I really like eating Polish food because I'm pretty Polish. Then I get my order of ribs. After I eat all that, if I’m still feeling the urge to eat some more food I like to order some rainbow sherbet. I love ice cream almost as much as I love Red Bull. What if they made Red Bull ice cream!? That would be very tasty. I would definitely recommend going to the GDI Countryside Inn. The food is really good, the service is always good, and it’s not that expensive. Some may say you will get a bang for your buck. Meaning that you will get a lot for a little. Referring to spending a little money for a lot of food. Meaning you should spend your money there to get food. Food is good. Always remember that. Eat food all day every day. If you can have a Red Bull along with that food I was speaking of moments ago. If you go to GDI’s make sure you order a Red Bull. It tastes very good to go along with the food. It’s so good.

C1. Best lunches

In my opinion the best school lunch there is, has got to be tacos. The tacos aren't as good as Mighty Taco at all, but they are okay. I usually get pizza every day. Although I had a chicken patty today, and I was quite surprised at how good it was. I believe that the best lunch you could have is a packed one. That way you know what you have and you know it will be what you want and not something you don’t want. I would pack my lunch but I’m just too lazy and just prefer to purchase lunch. When you pack your lunch you have the freedom to put what you want on a sandwich or make a salad, whatever floats your boat. If you pack a lunch you need to put at least one cookie in there. I feel like that should be a rule. Another big plus to packing lunch is you don’t have to wait in the lines. When you are waiting in the lines it is always good to have a person to talk to when waiting. I’m getting hungry just typing about this. I wonder what lunch is tomorrow. Maybe it’ll be tacos. I believe that school lunches offer a good selection for students. There is a salad bar in the back, pizza every day, chicken patty, and burgers. I love to eat so I take my food very seriously. I don’t really think that the school could get that much better or worse for that matter. I think it’ll be the same for a very long time. That is a good and bad thing. The good part is that it’ll be consistent. The only problem is if you don’t really care for the lunches then you will have to start bringing lunch because they won’t be changing.

B4. Choice

For my choice blog this week I am going to write about most of my favorite things. My favorite shows, movies, games, and music. My favorite show has got to be SpongeBob SquarePants. That is honestly the best show in the world. It's great, it's a kid’s show but anyone of any age can watch it and still laugh or at least chuckle. My favorite comedy movies are Stepbrothers and Scary Movie. I would have to say my favorite action movie is Scarface. That is an overall quality movie. Fast cars, shooting, drug king, girls... What else does a good movie need? Al Pacino was the perfect person for the roll. He had the perfect voice, "Say hello to my little friend!" that has to be the best quote from any movie out there. My favorite game has to be the Powerpuff girl board game. It was so great I would always cheat so I could get the bad guy Mojo Jojo. He was a talking monkey with a very large brain and he was the super bad guy. He was like the Darth Vader of the Powerpuff girls. He would always get defeated by the Powerpuff girls though. I eventually began to feel bad for him. He was a talking monkey. I would do anything to get a talking monkey. My favorite kind of music had got to be rap. I love Mac Miller, Wiz Khalifa. They are my favorite artists. I listen to any kind of music besides country. I don't hate on country I just don't care for it. I can't get a connection to it, and it basically puts me to sleep. If it's on I won't change it but I'll probably tune it out. I can sort of rap. I don't want to brag but my freestyles are pretty good. If you give me a good beat I will spit mad bars. It's usually funny. I like to do it when I'm with a few friends and they aren't expecting it.

B3. Great moment in my life

A great moment in my life was when I decided to pick up the skateboard my uncle gave me when I was about 6. I never used it until about 7th grade. I never could ride the board without falling off. Then I grabbed my board and tried to ride it but I couldn't. So I tried to everyday then one day it just clicked. I rode the board without falling and I felt comfortable. I kind of put the board away until 8th grade and that's when I started to try and learn some tricks. The first trick I learned was an ollie. It took a long time to learn and after I learned it I took a break from skating because I couldn't do any other tricks. I eventually learned a couple other tricks that year but nothing too hard. I didn't really start doing harder tricks until last year. I started skating for a team Dozer™. We released a skate video August 31st. The video was called Welcome To Dozer. We are currently selling the video and we are also selling skateboards with our names on it. They sell for about fifty dollars. The videos are sold for about 5 dollars. It's a good deal because it is about a 45 minute video. It took a long time to film and I got a lot of bruises, cuts, scrapes and I rolled my ankle all while filming. The overall product came out pretty good. The songs were a good selection as well. I used Right above it by Lil Wayne and Drake, and I also used Because of you by Kelly Clarkson. I only used that song as a joke, but it worked pretty well for that part because all my tricks were pretty much messing around.
