N4. Google Glass

The Google glasses are a breakthrough in modern technology, but why do we need them? They aren’t going to help save lives, protect people or help the world. If Google wanted to invest in a new technologically advanced product they should have made one that would help protect the world. The glasses are pretty cool in my opinion, but they could be a whole lot cooler and more helpful. They are also going to be really distracting. They will cause car accidents and they block your view, so if someone is walking down the road they could walk into traffic because they wouldn’t be able to see the road, or they would be too preoccupied with the glasses they don’t care. I would have to say these are a really bad idea, but it’s a good thing they are trying out new things and exploring technology. It would be kind of cool to use these glasses at your house when you’re just hanging out you could Google stuff whenever you want with your glasses. Thinking about the pros and cons I guess it’s a pretty cool piece of technology. I mean why would you want to spend a lot of money on these? It’d rather buy a nice dinner or something. What would happen if they got wet? Is it possible for these to get hacked? Is Google always watching what you’re watching? Are they storing your information somewhere? These are some good questions to think about. What would happen if the glasses short circuited on your head? I think that would be a really bad thing to happen. If someone would hack that you would lose all your information. If someone stole the glasses they would have all your information too. If I had these I would be really carful with what I did with them on.
